Monthly Packages
How the packages are structured
The packages are not based on the duration of a visit, but on the level of responsibility, presence and ongoing supervision I take on for your property. Each visit includes professional checks, direct communication and the reassurance that your home is never left unattended.
The price reflects:
- the responsibility assumed for your property
- availability in case of alerts or incidents
- prevention of issues that could lead to higher costs
- coordination with suppliers when needed
- regular presence during your absence
This is why each package represents a level of coverage, not a number of hours.

More than visits: professional supervision
Each package includes not only the listed tasks, but also the peace of mind of having a dedicated person on the island — available, attentive and ready to act when you are away.
The difference between packages is not time, but the level of coverage and responsibility you choose to delegate.
Extra Services

For extraordinary interventions, specific requests or activities not included in the monthly packages.

- Standard home cleaning before arrival

Specific products requested by the client: purchased on request + cost of products (charged to the client).
Management of renovations and complementary works
Hourly rate: 25 €/h
Complete organisation and management of renovations or major interventions:
- Initial site inspection
- Quote collection and contractor selection
- Work coordination
- On‑site supervision
- Photo & Video reports
- Final quality check

Travel policy
Travel required to perform the services is included for properties located between Meloneras, Maspalomas, Sonnenland, San Fernando and Vecindario. For properties outside this area, a kilometre‑based supplement applies, always communicated in advance in the personalised quotation.
